Who Can See When You’re On a Cam Site?
The ultimate paranoia question. You’re deep into a live stream, and suddenly you freeze: “Wait, is my webcam on? Can they see me?” Let’s clear this up so you don’t loose your mind.
Can the Model See Me?
No. Unless you are doing a specific two-way “Cam-to-Cam” private show where you literally click “share my camera”, you are completely invisible. The model just sees your username in the chat list. You are just another line of text to them.
Can Other Viewers See Me?
Again, no. Other viewers only see your username if you type in the public chat. If you are just lurking, you are a ghost. You are not vissible to anyone.
What About My Internet Provider?
Okay, here is the one peice of bad news. If you aren’t using a VPN, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) knows you visited the site. They don’t know exactly what room you were in, but they see the domain name. So if you’re using the company Wi-Fi… good luck explaining that to HR.
